1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl333 ("jl333," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl333.one.

3 Account Registration

Each player may register only one (1) jl333 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your jl333 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl333 account credentials, including your username and password. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jl333 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jl333 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jl333 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. jl333 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods may take longer than the standard processing times indicated above.

jl333 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your jl333 account balance if KYC verification has not been completed, if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or if outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been satisfied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jl333 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rates for each game category are displayed in the promotion details.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jl333 platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl333 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

• Colluding with other players, jl333 employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl333 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jl333 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jl333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl333 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl333 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

jl333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Violation of the single-account policy or any other prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding investigations are pending.

You may voluntarily close your jl333 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Amendments to These Terms

In the event of a dispute between you and jl333, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. jl333 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit jl333's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
